Core Mechanical Services

The Physical Foundation

of Solar Power

Before a single wire is connected, your solar farm requires a flawless physical build. Mechanical installation is the critical heavy-lifting phase of solar construction. At Xova Energy, our mechanical teams handle everything from driving the first steel pile into the earth to torquing the final bolt on your PV modules. We ensure that the entire physical structure is perfectly aligned, structurally sound, and built to withstand extreme environmental conditions for decades.

Pile Driving & Foundations

First step in mechanical construction. We deploy heavy machinery & laser-guided positioning to drive steel posts or ground screws with millimeter accuracy, ensuring a robust foundation for the entire array.

Racking & Structure Assembly

Constructing the framework. Our teams expertly assemble both fixed-tilt structures and complex single-axis trackers, strictly following engineering tolerances and manufacturer torque specifications.

PV Module Installation

The final mechanical phase. We safely transport, stage, and mount the solar panels onto the racking system, ensuring perfect alignment, zero micro-cracking, and secure fastening.

Precision & Quality Control

Why Mechanical Tolerances Matter

In large-scale solar construction, an error of a few millimeters at the foundation level multiplies into massive misalignment by the time panels are mounted. This causes mechanical stress, voids warranties, and delays electrical wiring.

Our QA/QC protocols include continuous topographical surveying, strict torque verification, and structural load testing at every stage of the mechanical build. We build it right, the first time.
